The Actual Amount/Selection (Composition Of Waste Types) Cannot Be Precisely Determined In Advance, The Removal And Treatment Of Illegally Placed Or Abandoned Waste Will Be Ordered Depending On The Actual Needs. The Technical Description Of The Public Procurement Document Contains The Names Of The Types Of Waste Involved In Removal And Disposal And The Waste List No. 72/2013. (Viii. 27.) In Particular, The Bidders Tasks To Be Implemented: - The Bidder (Hereinafter: At) In Order To Perform The Tasks Included In The Request For Proposals (Hereinafter: Ak), Conducts An On-Site Inspection Before Starting The Work To Assess The Nature And Quantity Of The Waste, The Resources Required For Its Transportation And Management, And Determine The Necessary Technology. - After That, At Is Responsible For The On-Site Collection Of The Waste At The Location Specified In The Ad Hoc Order Sent By Ak, Sorting It As Necessary, Cutting/Compressing It Into Transportable Sizes, Loading It, Transporting It, Handing It Over To A Licensed Operator, And Weighing The Waste. - At Will Carry Out The Works At A Time Agreed In Advance With The Waste Management Department Of The Department Of Environmental Protection, Nature Conservation And Waste Management Of The Vas County Government Office (Hereinafter: The Authority). At Will Announce The Planned Date In Writing To Ak, If Possible, 5 Days Before The Start Of The Works. - The Start Of Work - Conducting And Documenting The Legal Enforcement Procedure
