Suppliers should consider the following when preparing their offers: 1. Prices must include taxes. 2. Prices should include delivery and installation in Gaza (Al-Zawaida, Main Street, near Abu Jbara Shops, Clinics area). 3. Suppliers may provide more than one pricing option for a single item. 4. Quantities will be determined upon award and issuance of the supply order. 5. Qader will deduct income tax (10% of the supply order value) due to the unavailability of withholding tax certificates in Gaza. 6. Payment for the supply order will be made via bank transfer within 4 weeks from the date of receiving the tax invoice.
