1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Local And Volunteer Fire Department Activity Center In Łuszczanów (Located In Plot No. 515/20 And 515/22 At Ul. Mostowa 10 In Łuszczanów) Along With Other Modernization Works And The Construction Of A Shelter At The Building In Question. The Works Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled Thermal Modernization Of Public Utility Buildings In The Area Of The Jarocin Commune. The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Consist In: 1) Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Local Activity Center And Volunteer Fire Department Along With Other Modernization Works Including Mainly: - Replacement Of All Tiles And Wall Coverings, - Replacement Of All Floors, - Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, - Construction Of A New Suspended (Sound-Absorbing) Ceiling In The Hall Including Additional Insulation In The Ceiling Space, Construction Of Suspended Ceilings In Sanitary, Kitchen, Cloakroom And Communication Rooms, Delivery And Assembly Of A Mobile Wall With A Running Track, Reconstruction Of Walls In The Kitchen And Sanitary Facilities, Construction Of A New Cold Store Made Of Sandwich Panels In The Kitchen Rooms, Installation Of External Blinds On Windows Along With Façade Works, Joinery External Door In The Warm Assembly System, - Internal Door Joinery, - Construction Of A Roof In Front Of The Entrance To The Room, - Waterproofing Of The Basement Walls, - Insulation Of Underlays On The Ground Along With The Reconstruction Of Moisture-Proof Insulation And Thermal Insulation, - Construction Of An Industrial Floor In The Garage, - Equipment With A Kitchen Hood, Hangers For The Cloakroom, Refrigeration Installation For Cold Rooms, - Replacement Water And Sewage Installations, Reconstruction Of The Hydrant Installation, Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation Including The Replacement Of The Heat Source With Two Air Heat Pumps, - Mechanical Ventilation Installation, - Air Conditioning Installation Work, - Replacement Of Electrical Installations, - Earthing Installation, - Structural Installation, - Monitoring Installation, - Sound System Installation, - Antenna Installation, - Alarm And Access Control Installation, - Installation Of Solar Cells, 2) Construction Of A Shelter. In Addition, As Part Of The Subject Of The Order The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain A Positive Opinion From The State Fire Service And The State Sanitary Inspectorate (If Required) For The Ordering Party And Obtain No Objection To The Notification Of Completion Of The Construction Of The Shelter (If Required). The Task Will Be Carried Out Based On The Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit And In The Scope Of The Shelter Based On A Building Permit. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Materials And Devices (Purchased Or Manufactured By The Contractor), Brand New And Free From Physical And Legal Defec
