Software Package And Information Systems - Provision Of Sap Licenses, As Well As Enterprise Support Type Support For The Provided Permanent Licenses For The Needs Of The Administration Of The Council Of Ministers (Ams) And The Subordinate Budget Managers (Vrb) To It. The Subject Of The Order Includes Activities To Provide And Activate Sap Subscription Cloud Licenses And Sap Permanent Licenses With The Right To Use The Hana Database Included, As Well As Enterprise Support Type Support Of The Provided Permanent Licenses For The Needs Of Amc And Vrb For It. The Delivery And Activation Of The Licenses Are Carried Out By The Contractor Based On A Written Request From The Contractor Or His Authorized Representative, According To The Clauses Of The Public Procurement Contract Addressed To The Contractor. The Deadline For The Delivery Of The Licenses Is 4/Four/ Working Days From The Receipt Of The Request From The Contractor. Sap Cloud Licenses Are Valid For 36 Months From The Activation Date Specified In The Delivery Request. The Enterprise Support Support Term Is 36 Months, Starting From The Month Following The Month Of Delivery Of The Perpetual Licenses. The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Annex 1.
