The Subject Of This Contract Is The Supply, Assembly, Installation And Commissioning Of Three Vertical Lift Stackers, Including Operating Software Connected To The Clients Corporate Information Systems, A Drop Pick-To-Light Racking System, A Drop Racking System For The Replenishment Zone, Klt Crates And Other Accessories, Under The Conditions Set Out In This Procurement Documentation And Its Annexes. This Contract Is Not Divided Into Parts. This Is Not A Procurement Procedure According To Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Award Of Public Contracts, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Zzvz). The Contract Is Awarded As Part Of An Open Call According To The Rules For The Selection Of Suppliers Of The Operational Program Technology And Applications For Competitiveness, Managed By The Ministry Of Industry And Trade, Effective From 1 May 2025.
