The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Including The Dismantling Of Old Devices, Delivery And Assembly Along With The Commissioning Of Aeration Diffusers For Two Biological Reactors At The Central Wastewater Treatment Plant At Ul. Wodna In Tarnowskie Góry. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Dismantled The Currently Operating Elements Of The Aeration System, I.E. Diffusers, Cables, Air Supply Pipelines With Ball Valves And Full Assembly Fittings (E.G. Connectors, Clamps, Etc.). The Water And Sewerage Company In Tarnowskie Góry (Hereinafter Referred To As The Operator) Will Clean The Biological Reactors And Dispose Of The Waste. This Task Will Be Performed By The Operator In Two Stages, The First Reactor No Later Than May 4, 2026, And The Second Reactor No Later Than July 20, 2026. The Disposal Of Waste Generated During The Works, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Will Be Handled By The Water And Sewerage Company - The Operator Of The Devices At The Central Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Possibility Of Starting Work At The Treatment Plant After Completing The Appropriate Stage Of Work Related To The Removal Of Waste From The Reactor, And The Commencement Of Work In Relation To The First Reactor Will Be Possible Without Affecting The Deadline For The Execution Of This Contract, No Later Than May 20, 2026. The Commencement Of Work In Relation To The Second Reactor Will Be Possible Without Affecting The Deadline For The Execution Of This Contract, No Later Than August 5, 2026.
