4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of A Room In The Kppsp Building In Rypin For The Needs Of The Crisis Management Unit At The District Office In Rypin.4.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz; 2) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation For Construction Works And Submitting It To The Ordering Party; 3) Obtaining The Necessary Test And Inspection Protocols Regarding Internal Installations.4.1.2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Works Be Organized In A Way That Does Not Expose Users Of The Facility And Third Parties To The Risk Of Nuisance Causing The Inability To Conduct Current Activities - Due To The Fact That The Construction Works Will Be Performed In An Active Facility, Security And Proper Marking Of The Work Area, And Particularly Burdensome Works (E.G. Generating A Lot Of Noise) Should Be Performed At A Time Agreed With The District Commander Of The State Fire Service In Rypin; Securing And Organizing Work In A Way That Allows The Remaining Part Of The Building To Function; The Method Of Delivering Materials To The Work Site And The Method Of Moving Around The State Fire Service Building Should Be Agreed With The District Commander Of The State Fire Service In Rypin.4.1.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
