On The Valuation Of Real Estate (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1832). Part I - Appraisal Reports: 1. Developed Real Estate Intended For Sale By Tender - Up To 5 Reports,2. Residential Premises Intended For Sale By Tender - Up To 35 Reports,3. Commercial Premises Intended For Sale By Tender - Up To 25 Reports,4. Specifying The Value Of The Share In The Real Estate, Intended For Sale By Tender And Without A Tender - Up To 3 Surveys. A Total Of Up To 68 Surveys. The Order Will Be Implemented For Real Estate Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Jelenia Góra, Including: Cieplice, Sobieszów, Jagniątków, Goduszyn, Czarne, Maciejowa, Zabobrze And Jelenia Góra - Centrum. The Contractor Will Complete The Order Within The Time Specified In The Offer From The Date Of Submission Detailed Order.
