Tenders are invited for Creative Development of a Visual Portfolio System for Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and the Musanada Project Purpose of the Assignment The purpose of this assignment is to conceptualize, design, and produce a creative visual portfolio system that: 1) Provides individual visual representations for each of the 20 partner CBOs; and 2) Develops a collective visual representation of the Musanada Project, bringing together all partner CBOs, their geographic distribution, and their contributions within a single narrative or visual framework. The visual portfolio system will be used by: Partner CBOs for self-promotion, introduction, and communication; and The Musanada Project for presentation, dissemination, and visibility. The assignment intentionally encourages open, creative, illustrated, and concept-driven approaches, without imposing a fixed format. 5. Scope of Work 5.1 Concept Development Review project background materials and contextual information. Develop a creative visual concept aligned with project objectives and the humanitarian context. Propose a visual language capable of representing geography, place-based work, and community presence. 5.2 Visual Portfolio for CBOs Develop visual representations for each of the 20 CBOs, reflecting: Geographic presence (including towns/villages, camps, and displacement sites); Nature of community-based work and engagement; and Relationship to the broader Musanada network. These representations must be modular and adaptable for multiple uses. 5.3 Collective Project Visual Design a large-scale visual composition (poster or equivalent) that: Brings together all 20 partner CBOs; Reflects their geographic distribution across the above-mentioned localities; and Visually communicates the Musanada Projects idea, scope, and collective achievements This collective visual may take the form of a narrative illustration, conceptual map, storylike composition, or another creative structure proposed by the consultant/team. 5.4 Adaptability and Finalization Ensure outputs are usable digitally (web, presentations, social media) and in print (posters, displays, institutional use). Finalize all designs based on feedback rounds. Deliver production-ready and editable/source files. 6. Deliverables Bilingual requirement: All final designs must be provided in Arabic and English versions (bilingual), including print-ready and digital-ready files. 1) A creative visual portfolio system representing the 20 partner CBOs (individual representations within an overarching system). 2) A collective visual artwork/poster representing the Musanada Project, partner distribution, and collective achievements. 3) Final high-resolution files suitable for print and digital use. 4) Editable/source files (industry-standard formats). The exact configuration of outputs will be determined through the approved creative proposal. 7. Duration of the Assignment The duration of the assignment is one (1) month, from 15 February 2026 to 15 March 2026.
