The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes Periodic Supplies Of Laboratory Products For A Laboratory Of Medical Genetics, Distributed In Groups And Nomenclatures, Described In Detail In The Attached Technical Specification. The Technical Specification Includes 105 Types Of Products, Divided Into 3 Groups In View Of Their Purpose, And Offers Can Be Submitted For Each Type Of Consumable. The Term For The Execution Of The Order Is 24 Months, Starting From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Public Procurement Contract. The Quantities Of Laboratory Products Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Estimated And Do Not Oblige The Contracting Party To Purchase Them In Full. The Specific Quantities Are Determined By The Actual Needs Of The Medical And Operational Activity And The Patients Served. The Contracting Authority Has The Right, In View Of The Actual Needs Of The Medical And Operative Activity, To Unilaterally Change The Estimated Quantities For The Individual Nomenclature Within The Agreed Value. The Estimated Value Of The Order Includes The Value Upon Contract Renewal And The Value Of The Option To Award Additional Supplies Specified In The Invitation To Participate. ​​​​​​​
