The Subject Of Orders Placed Within Dns Will Be The Supply Of User On-Premises And Cloud Licenses For Office Productivity, Communication And Collaboration, Security And Compliance Add-Ons, Licenses For Process Automation, Application Creation, Analytics, Ai Assistant, As Well As Server And Database Licenses, Including The Necessary Access Rights And Maintenance (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order). The Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided In The Form Of A Subscription. 3. The Basic Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Given In Part B. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Of The Tender Documents. 4. Detailed Identification Of Obligations And Performance Included In Individual Orders Entered Within The Dns Will Be Specified Within The Individual Calls For Tenders Within The Dns.
