Security Services – Contract No. 2026Ao08001500 - Relating To The Guarding And Surveillance Of Various Sites In The Val Doise Department. The Contract Is Launched According To A Call For Tenders Procedure Carried Out In Application Of Articles R. 2124-1 And -2, R. 2131-16 And -17, R. 2161-1 To -5, R. 2162-1 To -6 And R. 2162-13 And -14 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Is Composite, And Includes: - A Fixed Part, For Recurring Services, For The Sites Of The Campus, The Maison Départementale De Lenfance, Dathlética And The Abbaye De Maubuisson; - A Part Called “Purchase Orders” For The La Palette Sites, The New Etoile Building, And Other One-Off Or Exceptional Services. The Purchase Order Part Is Concluded In Application Of Articles R. 2162-1 To -6 And R. 2162-13 And -14 Of The Public Procurement Code, With No Minimum Annual Amount And A Maximum Annual Amount Of 1,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. This Contract Is Not Awarded Because Its Purpose Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services. The Contract Is Concluded From Its Notification Date For A Period Of One Year, Tacitly Renewable Three Times, For Periods Of One Year, Without Its Total Duration Exceeding Four Years. No Negotiations Will Be Undertaken For This Procedure
