It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Design, Development, Deployment And Maintenance Of The Biodash Product: Dashboard Of Biodiversity Monitoring Systems On A National And European Scale. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Design, Development, Implementation And Maintenance Of A Biodash Digital Dashboard, Intended For The Monitoring And Evaluation Of Biodiversity On A European Scale. This Dashboard Aims To: - Centralize, Harmonize And Promote Data From Biodiversity And Ecosystem Services Monitoring Systems; - Facilitate Interoperability With Existing Systems And Ensure The Technical And Functional Sustainability Of The Tool; - Support Public Policies And European Actors In Decision-Making For The Conservation And Restoration Of Biodiversity. The Contract Is Part Of The Biodiversa+ European Partnership, Contributing To The Implementation Of The European Biodiversity Strategy For 2030. The Service Will Take Place In Two Phases: - Phase 1, Treated At A Fixed Price, Relating To The Design, Development And Deployment Of The Biodash Dashboard In Its Mvp Version (Minimum Viable Product). - Phase 2, Processed At A Unit Price On Purchase Orders, Relating To Preventive, Corrective And Progressive Maintenance Of The Biodash Dashboard. The Expected Services Are Explained In The Specific Technical Specifications (Cctp).
