Construction Work – Study, Financing, Construction, Maintenance And Operation Of Student Hostels, Student Restaurant And Educational Auditoriums And Cultural Centers With Ppp. The Project Has As Its Object The Study, Financing, Construction, Maintenance And Operation Of Student Hostels, Student Restaurant, Educational Auditoriums And Cultural Centers With Ppp. In Summary, Ifs Undertakes: (A) To Prepare The Studies Necessary For The Construction Of The Project, Based On The Applicable Environmental Conditions, As They Will Be Formed After The End Of The Dialogue And Before The Signing Of The Partnership Agreement (Article 22 Of Law 3389 Fek A 232) And To Ensure The Timely Issuance, Review And Maintenance Of All Permits And Approvals Required Both For The Construction As Well As For The Installation, Operation And Maintenance Of The Project In Accordance With The Written Provisions And The More Specifically Defined In The Partnership Agreement, (B) The Construction Works Of The Building Infrastructure And The Renovation And Shaping Of The Surrounding Space, In Order For The Above Infrastructure And Spaces To Be Fully Functional And Available For Exploitation And Use For The Intended Purpose, (C) To Execute The Technical Project In Full, On Time And Appropriately, In Accordance With The Rules Of Science And Art And According To The Highest Professional And Quality Standards, (D) To Finance The Project With Own And/Or Loan Funds, (E) The Technical Management Throughout The Duration Of The Partnership Agreement, Which Consists, In Particular, Of Inspection, Routine, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Heavy Maintenance, Daily Technical Operation And Supervision Of The Readiness And Capacity For Operation Of The Facilities And Systems Of The Building Infrastructure And Of The Surrounding Area, So That The Project Is Completely Suitable And Available, As The Above Will Be Specified In The Tender Documents Of The Proposed Partnership, (F) The Insurance Of The Building And Other Facilities And Infrastructure Systems That Are The Subject Of The Partnership Agreement, Both During The Design And Construction Phase, As Well As During The Operation Phase, (G) The Safeguarding And Cleanliness Of The Building And Other Facilities And Infrastructure Systems Which Will Be The Subject Of The Contract During The Operation Phase And Throughout The Duration Of The Partnership Agreement, As These Will Be Determined In Detail In Phase B Of The Tender Without Prejudice To The Provisions Of The Existing Legislation On The Protection Of The Personality And Personal Data Of The Members Of The Educational Community, And (H) To Return The Project To The Contracting Authority In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Partnership Agreement At The End Of The Contractual Period.
