Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Total Responsibility Planning (Kvs) Korvensuora Daycare Center. 1) Project Overview O This Procurement Is Based On The Following Decisions Of The City Of Oulu: O §97/2025, City Council, Budget 2026 And Financial Plan 2027-2028, 8 December 2025. O §63/2025 Corporate Division Of The City Council, Work Program For 2026 And 2027-2028 Plan For Items To Be Implemented With The Repair Budget 11/17/2025. O The New Construction Project Is Based On A Prepared Concept Plan, Which Is Attached To The Request For Tenders. The Concept Plan Shows The Scope Of The Project And The Location Of The Premises With Their Functionality. Basically, The Project Will Be Implemented Exactly According To The Concept Plan And The Plan Cannot Be Deviated From Without The Customers Approval And A Justified Reason. O In Connection With The New Construction Project, The Old Daycare Center Will Be Demolished And The New Daycare Center Will Be Located Mainly On The Site Of The Current Daycare Center. Demolition Planning Is Included In The Assignment. O The Current Playground Area With Play Furniture Will Remain Mostly As It Is Now. The Necessary Changes To The Yard Will Be Carried Out Based On The Implementation Plan Solution That Comes Through The Concept Plan. O The Planning Is Carried Out As Total Responsibility Planning, Including The Planning Tasks According To This Call For Tenders. The Breakdown Is Presented Later In This Call For Tenders (Section 2) O Other Necessary Consultation (Such As Moisture Management, Cleanliness Management And Safety Coordination As Well As Supervision, Construction, Special Quality Assurance, Etc. Consultation Services) Will Be Tendered During The Planning Phase. O The Design Contract Is Concluded Between The Client And The Company Or Work Association/Group That Made The Offer, In Which Case The Other Designers Act As Sub-Consultants Of The Offeror. O The Plans And All Documentation Are Drawn Up In Finnish. Communication Related To The Project Uses The Finnish Language. O The Project Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Plans Commissioned By The Customer, Either As A Whole Or As A Split Contract.
