This Consultation, Launched Under A Negotiated Procedure, Is Part Of The Operation To Adapt The Amp (Heritage Maintenance Workshop) Of Sucy En Brie, Located 13, Chemin Vert, 94370 Sucy En Brie, To An Occupied Site. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out The Structural And Secondary Work In Zone 4 And “Crates” Of The Amp. This Work Will Take Place In The Sucy En Brie Maintenance And Storage Site Located At 13, Chemin Vert, 94370 Sucy En Brie And Will Include All Constraints Due To The Particular Phasing Imposed By The Work Of Ratp Personnel And/Or By The Circulation Of Delivery Vehicles, The Ferry As Well As Those Inherent To The Operating Conditions Inside The Buildings Themselves. The Work Associated With This Contract Includes In Particular The Following Works: - Demolition Of Paving And Buried Reinforced Concrete Works (Approximately 1200 M3), - General Earthworks, For Vrd, For Buried Reinforced Concrete Works, Etc... The Main Quantities Above Are Given For Information Purposes Only. The Candidates Attention Is Drawn To The Fact That The Contract Includes In Particular: - Work Taking Place In Several Phases And Stages; - Work Under Site Exploitation For The Entire Duration Of The Work; - Coactivity With Other Project Lots; - An Asbestos Removal/Lead Removal Campaign Carried Out Prior To The Work As Part Of The Project; - A Very Limited Influence.
