The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Making Effective Notifications Of Construction Works And Construction Of Facilities That Do Not Require Building Permits, Obtaining The Final Decision On Construction And Demolition Permits, Permits For The Removal Of Trees And Shrubs, Water Permits And Obtaining Other Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Documents Required By Special Provisions And Decisions Related To The Investment Process, Preparation Of Documentation And Obtaining A Building Permit And Construction Notification For The Investment Entitled: Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Construction Of The Hems Helicopter Emergency Medical Service Base In Koszalin Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Reconstruction Of The Access Road. 2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Stages: 1) Stage 1 - Preparation Of The Concept And Construction Design In The Form And Scope Consistent With The Current Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Law, And Implementing Acts To This Act, Consisting Of A Land Development Design, An Architectural And Construction Design And Preparation Of A Technical Design, As Well As Connection Designs, Demolition Designs, Designs For Installation And Network Transfers (If Necessary), A Design For The Reconstruction Of The Access Road (Located On Plots No. 353/3 And 359/2, Precinct 0037 City Of Koszalin) Along With An Exit From The Existing Public Road, A Design For The Helicopter Final Approach And Take-Off Zone - Fato, And Submitting Applications On Behalf Of The Ordering Party: For A Demolition Permit, For A Permit For Construction, To Obtain A Permit For The Removal Of Trees And Shrubs, To Obtain A Water Permit For Water Services And To Submit The Necessary Notifications Of Construction Works And Construction Of Facilities That Do Not Require A Building Permit, And To Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Positive Opinion Of The Local Commune (Head Of Commune, Mayor, President Of The City) Necessary To Obtain An Entry Of The Helipad In The Register Of Landing Sites/Airports Kept By The President Of The Civil Aviation Authority (Ulc), In Accordance With Art. 93 Section 2 Of The Act Of July 3, 2002, Aviation Law; 2) Stage 2 - Preparation Of The Detailed Design, Investor Cost Estimates, Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Material And Financial Schedule And Investment Implementation, Update Of The Investors Cost Estimate In The Event Of Extending The Process Of Selecting Construction Contractors; 3) Stage 3 - Obtaining The Final Decision On The Permit For The Demolition Of Existing Facilities And The Final Decision On The Building Permit, Obtaining Effective (Documented By A Declaration Of The Competent Authority On The Lack Of Objection) Confirmation Of The Submission Of The Necessary Notifications Of Construction Works And Construction Of Facilities That Do Not Require A Building Permit, As Well As Obtaining The Final Decision On The Permit For The Removal Of Trees And Shrubs And The Final Decision On The Water Law Permit; 4) Eta
