In Connection With Street Construction Works, Surplus Soil Material That Needs To Be Dug Out Is Created. Urban Infrastructure Requests A Bid For The Reception And Final Disposal Of Excavated Surplus Soil In Accordance With The Request For Bids And Its Appendices. The Earth Materials Are Removed And The Citys Contractors Or Their Subcontractors Transport Them To The Tenderers Reception Point For Proper Processing. When Procuring The Service In Accordance With The Agreement, The Customer Uses The Supplier Included In The Agreement That Is Best Suited For Each Batch Of Material. For Each Situation And Delivery Batch, The Contract Supplier That Is The Most Economically Advantageous For The Customer Is Selected From Among The Approved Contract Suppliers, Taking Into Account The Receiving Prices Of The Materials, The Weight Fee And The Transportation Costs Incurred By The Customer To The Receiving Location And The Capacity Of The Receiving Location.
