The Subject Of The Tender Is The Preparation Of As Tallinna Haiglas Functional Development Plan Stage I (Fak I). Fak I Must Deal With As Tallinna Haiglas Development Trends In The Transitional Period Until 31.12.2036 And Describe The Principles Of Service Provision And Functional Organization During The Said Period. Fak I Is The Basis For The Preparation Of Functional Development Plan Ii Stage (Fak Ii), Which Specifies The Spatial Solution And Medical Technological Needs, And As Tallinna Haiglas Development Strategy 2027-2031 For Development. Fak I Must Be Drawn Up In Accordance With The Requirements In Force At The Ministry Of Social Affairs, Enabling Its Submission And Processing In Accordance With The Valid Approval Procedure. The Tenderer Considers That His Obligations When Performing The Contract Include Amending And Supplementing Fak I In Accordance With The Proposals Of The Ministry Of Social Affairs.
