(The ¿Owner¿) Located At 645 Jefferson Hwy, Winder, Ga. 30680, Until 10:00 A.M. Local Time On Tuesday, March 3, 2026 For All Costs And Services Necessary For Athletic Fields Maintenance. Proposals Submitted After The Date And Time Noted Above Will Not Be Opened. Contractors Shall Have Until 10:00 Am On February 25, 2026, To Make Any Inquiries. Requests For Access To The Meeting Shall Be Made To Mr. Henriksen Via Email At Allen.Henriksen@Barrow.K12.Ga.Us Before 10:00 A.M. On February 6, 2026.The Contract, If Awarded, Will Be For A Period Of One Year With The Barrow County School System Having The Option Of Annual Extensions. Extension Will Be Based Upon The Satisfactory Performance By The Contractor And Availability Of General Maintenance Budget Funds.The Owner Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Proposals, And To Waive Technicalities And Informalities.
