The scope of work focuses on assessing current initiatives, identifying gaps and challenges, and proposing practical improvements that contribute to enhancing water resources management efficiency and strengthening the water security framework. It also aims to develop performance indicators and update measurement methodologies to ensure effective monitoring and support decision-making based on accurate and actionable data.
