Tenders are invited for Purchase of Savlon Cetrimide. Bid Security: Bank Guarantee LKR 2016/-, Cash Deposit LKR 1008/- The receipt obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000.00 to the Finance Assistant of the Central Provincial Department of Animal Production and Health should be submitted to obtain bid documents and the refundable bid security as shown in the table below may either be sent from an institution specified in 5:9 of the Procurement Guidelines dated 25.11.2024 or may be paid in cash to the Finance Assistant of the Central Provincial Department of Animal Production and Health. Accordingly, a bid security to the amount as shown in the table below only for the drugs and applications offered by the bidder should be submitted. Bid security should be valid until 17.06.2026. Bid documents may be obtained from the Finance Assistant of the Central Provincial Department of Animal Production and Health between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days of the week from 29.01.2026 until 17.02.2026. All details relevant to the supply of drugs and applications are mentioned in the bid documents. Pre-bid regarding this will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 09.02.2026 at the Central Provincial Department of Animal Production and Health.
