The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide Project Management Services For The Construction Of 5 Housing Units On Lots 1, 2, 3 And 4 Of The Stade Subdivision In Vimartin-Sur-Orthe. The Subdivision Is Currently Subject To Planning Permission. The Subdivision Will Be Serviced In The First Quarter Of 2026. The Project Management Must Ensure All Design And Work Monitoring Missions, Including The Development Work To Connect The Project To Public Networks (Drinking Water, Sanitation, Rainwater, Electricity, Telecommunications). The Success Of This Operation Will Require Close Collaboration With The Technical Services Of The Municipality And The Various Concessionaires In Order To Anticipate Constraints And Secure Deadlines. The Construction Work Covered By This Contract Will Be Carried Out From The First Half Of 2027.
