Bids Are Invited For Estimate Of Segregation Of 33 Kv Main Bus Of 63 Mva T/F-1 & 63 Mva T/F-Iii And Segregation Of 33 Kv Main Bus Of 63 Mva T/F-Ii & 63 Mva T/F-Iv At 220 Kv S/S Sahibabad Under Etd-I Ghaziabad; 1 Dismantling of 33 KV post insulator along with structure including of cutting earthing (QTY-09 Nos= 01 job) 2 Dismantling of 33 KV Bus Isolator including structure and cutting earthing. 3 Dismantling of 36 KV VCB after opening and removal of earthing, jumpering and control cables connection and opening nut and bolts shifting to stacking place. 4 Dismantling of Jumpers of 33 KV equipment of ACSR Zebra/Panther conductor from 33 KV Main Bus to 33 KV Isolator including all associated work as per technical specification & site. (QTY-15 Nos=01 job) 5 6 Erection of 33 KV Bus Isolator on structure. (QTY-01 Nos=01 job) Erection of 36 KV VCB including carriage of them from stacking place to the respectiove foundation. 7 making of new Twin Zebra jumper between isolator to CT, CT to breaker and breaker to isolator including Pl and 33 KV bus bar. (QTY-15 Nos=01 job) 8 Erection of 132 KV Post Insulator. (QTY-04 Nos=01 job) Erection of Auxiliary structure ie ALP & ABL. The work consists of shifting of all material from store to site of 9 erection as per drawing & technical specification. (QTY-3 MT-01 job) Following work required for segrigation of 33 KV MAIN BUS of 63 MVA TF-II & 63 MVA IV at 220 KV S/S Sahibabad. 10 Dismantling of 33 KV Main/Jack bus bar-l section (R, Y & B) of Single Zebra conductor and lowering down of conductor from sub-station gantry to complete dismantling works including dismantling of all associated tension clamps, fittings & disc insulators etc. of followings-1) 63 MVA TF-II 33 KV Main Bus (Length-12 Meter) (QTY-03 Nos=01 job) 12 11 Dismantling work of Jumpering of 33 KV Equipment, jumper from Jack Bus to 33 KV switchgear, Panther/Zebra conductor. (QTY-15 Nos=01 job) Stringing of 33 KV Twin Zebra main/Jack bus.
