Subject Of The Order.1. Name Given To The Order By The Ordering Party: Renovation Of Playground, Sports And Recreational Equipment In Municipal Areas. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Playground, Sports And Recreational Equipment In Municipal Areas. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Remove Damaged Playground Equipment Elements That Pose A Safety Hazard And Replace Them With New Ones, Remove Damage To Playground Equipment Elements By Carrying Out Their Repairs; 2) During Renovation Works, Designate Renovation Work Zones By Securing The Square Or Its Parts With Fencing Tape; 3) Each Invoice Must Be Accompanied By Documentation In Electronic Form - Photos Of The Equipment After The Repair (With The Date Of The Photo Visible) - With Visible Repairs Places/Elements;4) The Contractor Should Have A Storage Room Adapted To Store Dismantled Playground Equipment/Exercise Equipment Or Their Components, Suitable For Further Use.5) The Contractor Should Have Basic Knowledge Of The Requirements Of The Pn-En 1176 And 1177 Standards. The Contractor Shall Ensure, For The Duration Of The Agreement, Constant Supervision Of A Person With Construction Qualifications In The Field Of Construction And Construction Over Playgrounds And Complexes. Sports And Recreation.6) The Contractor Is Obliged, Within 1 Hour (60 Minutes) Of Receiving A Notification By Telephone Or E-Mail (Between 6:00 A.M. And 10:00 P.M., On All Days Of The Week), To Immediately Remove The Threat Posing A Threat To The Health And Life Of Playground Users, And If It Is Not Possible To Remove The Threat Immediately, To Secure The Place By Covering It With Tape And Posting Information About The Danger.7) Guaranteeing Availability For Participation In Inspection Of The Playground Area Whenever The Ordering Party Reports Such A Need;8) Providing A Contact Number (Available From 6:00 A.M. To 10 P.M.);9) It Is Assumed That Instructions Setting The Scope Of Work To Be Performed In The Form Of A Telephone Call, E-Mail, Text Message Will Be Respected;10) The Producer Of Waste Generated In The Course Of Performing The Assigned Duties Is The Contractor. Management Of Waste Generated As A Result Of The Performance Of Entrusted Duties Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law;11) Collected Waste Is Not Allowed To Remain In The Entrusted Area. They Should Be Removed On An Ongoing Basis During And After The Work Is Completed;12) Materials And Elements Used For Repairs Of Playground And Sports-Recreational Devices Should Meet The Requirements Of Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction And Should Be Identical In Terms Of Appearance And Technical Characteristics To Those Used On Existing Devices;13) The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party About The Date Of Completion Of The Commissioned Works, Setting A Date For The Acceptance Of These Works.3.
