1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Submersible Pumps In The Obrowo Commune. 3. Scope Of Basic Overhaul Of Submersible Pumps:• Disassembly: Disassembly Of The Pump, Verification, Cleaning Of Elements, • Replacement Of C3 Bearings, • Replacement Of The Mechanical Seal, • Replacement Of The Stator, • Regeneration Of The Shaft, • Bushing Of The Cap, • Regeneration Of The Pump Electric Motor Winding - Drying Or Rewinding, • Regeneration Of The Rotary Knife, Welding Of Cutting Sinters, Staggering, • Assembly: Sealing, Current And Overvoltage Tests• Ongoing Technical Inspections And Maintenance Of Pumps3. The Scope Of Work Also Includes:• Cost Of Labor (After Renovation, Each Pump Must Be Complete).• Cost Of Travel To The Place Of Service• Costs Of Collecting And Transporting Pumps (If The Repair Takes Place Outside The Facility)• Cost Of Replacing Consumables And Consumables, Including: Oils Seals Bearings Greases Rings Fittings Cables • Costs Of Tools, Equipment And Possible Disassembly/Assembly Of Pumps, • Cost Of Tests And Tests After Repair/Maintenance • Warranties For Services Performed4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Commission The Services In A Successive Manner, As Current Needs Arise. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Overhaul Of The Pumps In Accordance With The Applicable Operating, Assembly And Operating Instructions Prepared By The Manufacturer, Which Is The Basis For Their Admission To Operation. 6. If During The Implementation Of The Basic Overhaul It Turns Out That A Wider Scope Of Work Is Necessary Than That Provided For In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Cost Of Used Spare Parts Will Be Added After Obtaining The Ordering Partys Consent To Their Replacement.7.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With All Replaced Or Used Parts, Together With The Acceptance Report.8.The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace All Elements That Are Not Subject To Regeneration With New Ones, Free From Manufacturing Defects.9.Only Repairs Actually Performed, The Implementation Of Which Has Been Confirmed By An Acceptance Report Approved By The Ordering Party, Are Settled.10.The Contractor Undertakes To Repair The Pump Within 5 Calendar Days. From The Date Of Its Dismantling. 11. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Maintenance Services In Relation To All Devices Indicated By The Ordering Party Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 12. There Are Currently Approximately 600 Submersible Pumps In Use In The Obrowo Commune, Mainly Used To Service Sewage Systems. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer The Unit Price And The Total Price For The Renovation Of 600 Pumps. 13. The Ordering Party Declares That The Value Of The Services Entrusted To The Contractor Will Not Be Less Than 60% Of The Remuneration Specified In His Offer.
