Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Equipment and Tools for 2 Women Coops/Groups in Akkar. Within the project, arche nova supports food security and livelihood resilience among vulnerable populations in Lebanon through sustainable agricultural interventions. A key component of this support focuses on strengthening local women cooperatives/groups in North Lebanon and Akkar. The project recognizes the central role women play in household food production and local economies, and it aims to strengthen their livelihoods through capacity building, technical support, and improved access to production tools. To ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the intervention, arche nova is looking for a Supplier to procure, install and/or commission equipment and tools for 2 Women Coops/groups in Akkar (Ain Yaacoub and Meshmesh). The supplier is expected to ensure the procurement of requested items and to ensure their proper delivery, installation and/or commission them if applicable in the identified locations within a determined timeframe. The supplier shall also provide the needed information and training on the best use of the provided tools and equipment and their maintenance requirements. Therefore, this call is seeking suppliers/bidders to conduct the implementation of activity within the scope of work and as per the BoQs Annexed to this document (Appendix G1 and appendix G2) The project involves the supply, installation and/or commissioning of the provided equipment and tools in the identified locations. The intervention aims to provide the targeted beneficiaries with the needed infra-structure to produce processed agriculture goods, and therefore to generate incomes for their households. The work includes Supply, installation and/or commissioning equipment and tools. Financial Proposal: Include the financial offer Price BoQ only, clearly labeled "Financial Proposal." Delivery Instructions The complete offer must be delivered via private courier service or personal delivery to the following address no later than: Deadline: Wednesday February 11, 2026 at 2:00 PM hrs.
