Technical Analysis Or Consultancy Services – Provision Of Assistance To Telt For The Analysis And Processing Of Claims From Its Co-Contractors (Claim Management). As Part Of The New Lyon-Turin Rail Link Project, The Telt Company, As Contracting Entity, Is The Public Promoter Responsible For The Construction And Management Of The Cross-Border Section Of The Future Infrastructure. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide Assistance Services To Telt Dedicated To The Analysis And Processing Of Claims From Its Co-Contractors (“Claim Management”). The Objective Of The Contract Is To Support Telt In Controlling The Contractual Obligations Of The Various Stakeholders, In Monitoring Events Likely To Impact The Project, As Well As In The Preparation And Formalization Of The Factual And Contractual Elements Necessary For The Defense Or Exercise Of Its Rights. The Services Aim To Guarantee Compliance With The Contractual Framework And The Proper Management Of Deadlines, Costs And Risks. The Contracts Concerned Were Awarded In Accordance With French Public Procurement Law. The Mission Will Focus On Support In The Analysis And Processing Of Complaints Presented To Telt By Contract Holders And, Mainly, On Support In The Preparation Of The Elements Necessary For Drafting Complaint Briefs.
