Consultative Engineering And Construction Services – Provision Of Client Advice In Connection With The Planning/Development And Construction Of The Danish Neuroresearch Center. Region Central Jutland Offers Client Consultancy In Connection With The Planning/Development And Construction Of The Danish Neuroresearch Center (Dnc Project). The Dnc Project Must Bring Together And Connect Psychiatry And Somatics Across Clinical And Research To Improve Brain Health For The Benefit Of Patients With Brain Diseases. It Is Therefore Necessary To Have Modern Laboratories, Examination Rooms And Facilities Close To The Patients, Which Must Ensure A Strong Link Between Basic Research, Clinical Research And Treatment. The Building Will Contain Research Clinics, Laboratories, An Auditorium, Conference Rooms And Office Spaces And, On The Ground Plan, A Brain Universe, Where The Public Is Invited Inside For Exhibitions, Lectures And Events With A Focus On Brain Health. The New Building Is Expected To Be Located At Aarhus University Hospital Between Psychiatry (Area K) And Somatics (Area J) With A Gross Area Of ​​12,000 M2. The Building Is Expected To Be Completed In 2031 (I.E. A Construction Period Of 5 Years) And To Be Certified Dgnb Gold With Heart. The Contract Is Not Divided Into Sub-Contracts, As It Is Essential For The Central Jutland Region That The Same Client Advisor Follows The Project Throughout. The Coherence Of The Clients Consultancy Services Dictates That These Are Delivered By The Same Consultant, Just As Region Central Jutland Needs One And The Same Clients Consultant, Who Over The Lifetime Of The Agreement Builds Up A Thorough Knowledge Of The Project And Region Central Jutlands Organisation.
