The Subject Of Investor Supervision Is The Construction Of Three Multi-Family Residential Buildings With Technical Infrastructure And Development Of The Adjacent Area On Plots No. 9675/83, 9675/7, 9675/83 In Sucha Beskidzka. Basic Parameters Of The Buildings: 1) Building No. 1: - Number Of Segments: 2, - Number Of Floors: 6 (Including Basement), - Volume: 8,679.41 M3, - Building Area: 499.40 M2, - Total Area: 2,992.90 M2, - Number Of Residential Premises: 30.2) Building No. 2: - Number Of Segments: 3, - Number Of Floors: Segment No. 1 - 5 (Including The Basement), Segments No. 2 And 3 - 6 (Including The Basement), - Volume: 12,381.26 M3, - Building Area: 755.00 M2, - Total Area: 4,269.4 M2, - Number Of Residential Units: 42.3) Building No. 3: - Number Of Segments: 3, - Number Of Floors: Segment No. 1 - 5 (Including The Basement), Segments No. 2 And 3 - 6 (Including The Basement), - Volume: 12,381.26 M3, - Building Area: 755.00 M2, - Total Area: 4,269.4 M2, - Number Of Residential Premises: 42. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Full (All Industries/Specialties) Service Of The Investment Within The Scope Covered By The Subject Of The Order By Persons Having Necessary Education, Construction Licenses Required By Law And Experience. For This Purpose, The Contractor Will Appoint An Investors Supervision Team Consisting Of Investors Supervision Inspectors Of Individual Industries/Specialties (In Particular Construction, Architectural, Road Engineering And Installation In The Field Of Networks, Installations And Devices: Telecommunications, Heat, Ventilation, Gas, Water Supply, Sewage, Electricity And Electricity) And Possible Supporting Staff. The Composition Of The Investors Supervision Team Should Be Adapted To Specificity Of Construction Works Covered By Investor Supervision And Should Be Sufficient For The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investor Supervision Service. The Work Of The Investor Supervision Team Is Managed By A Coordinator Within The Meaning Of Art. 27 Of The Construction Law, I.E. Investor Supervision Inspector Of The Construction Industry. One Person May Act As An Inspector In Several Industries (Specialties), Provided That He Or She Has The Required Construction Licenses In These Industries.
