The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Telecommunications Services By A Licensed Operator Through A Public Mobile Cellular Network According To The Gsm/Umts/Lte Standard With National Coverage For The Needs Of The National Statistical Institute By Collecting Bids With An Announcement On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is 12 (Twelve) Months, Counted From The Date Of The Signing Of The Contract By The Parties And Its Display In The Contracting System. The Public Contract Is Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Determined On The Basis Of The Criterion: Optimal Quality/Price Ratio, According To Art. 70, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.
