The Task Of The Successful Tenderer Is To Operate Scheduled Public Bus Routes, In Order To Provide Passenger Transport Services In The County Of Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg. In Order To Ensure Adequate Traffic Management (E.G. Replacement Tasks), The Tenderer May Periodically Reassign Buses Performing Tasks According To The Public Traffic Schedule Specified In The Traffic Management Plan Within The Defined Service Area Or To Areas Outside Of It For The Purpose Of Performing Passenger Transport Tasks Other Than The Tasks Included In The Traffic Management Plan. Under The Service Area, The Bidder Understands Primarily Flights Departing From Or Arriving In The County Of Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, In Connection With Which, While Performing The Tasks Included In The Traffic Management Plan, The Bidders Vehicles May Also Perform Flights With Starting And/Or Ending Points Outside The Service Area. Under The Service Area, The Tenderer Also Understands Short-Distance Flights Departing From Or Arriving There, Which Leave The Territory Of Hungary. In Addition, The Bidder And The Bidder Can Also Agree On Flights Outside The Service Area In Justified Cases. Based On The Provisions Of The Concluded Contract, The Task Of The Winning Bidder Is To Stop With A Bus Of A Fixed Type And Seating Capacity, Provide On-Board Commercial Activities, Package Handling, Passenger Transport Tasks, Carry Out The Necessary Administration, Manage Unique On-Site Customer Needs And Perform Other Tasks Detailed In The Technical Description In Compliance With The Legal Framework, As Well As The Maintenance And Replacement Of Passenger Information Devices At The Bus Stop (E.G. Exchange Of Departure Lists At Stops). The Tenderer Requires The Availability Of The Following Types Of Buses: - Low-Entry Solo: 136 Units - Normal Floor Solo: 69 Units; - Hinged: 25 Pieces. In Total: Quantity Of 230 Basic Vehicles (Buses). The Number Of Buses Above This Is An Option, As Described In Field Bt-53. Kilometer Performance Guaranteed By The Bidder: Average 67,000 Km/Year/Bus, Which Also Applies To Optional Vehicles If The Optional Quantity Is Used. In View Of The Above, The Basic Mileage Performance Undertaken By The Bidder In Terms Of The Basic Vehicle Volume Is: 15,410,000 Km/Year, To Which The Bidder Undertakes. The Power Option Above This Is As Described In Field Bt-53. The Bidder Is Entitled To Exercise The Option Vehicle Quantity Unilaterally Within One And A Half Years From The First Entry, And Thereafter Only With The Approval Of The Winning Bidder, On The Condition That The Exercise Of The Option Can Take Place In Several Sections And Can Be Exercised With At Least 5 Buses Per Section. Under The Above Km, The Tenderer Means Scheduled Kilometers And Means Them Without Service And Overhead Kilometers. The Tenderer Will Do It With Passengers Within The Scheduled Kilometers Announced In The Timetable
