Support For The Operation And Development Of The Direktor (Tr-Soft) Corporate Management System Used By The Contracting Authority Bkk Zrt. Within The Framework Of A Framework Contract Up To A Net Amount Of Huf 42,000,000, Of Which The Contracting Authority Undertakes To Draw Down 70% Of That Amount. In Connection With The Direktor (Tr-Soft) Company Management System, The Successful Bidders Task Is To Ensure The Continuous Operation Of The System And Related Support Services, As Well As The Fulfillment Of Parameterization And Development Needs Based On Ad Hoc Orders. The Bidder Must Perform The Defined Tasks In The Manner, Quality And Scope Regulated In The Technical Description And The Draft Contract. The Bidder Must Provide The Following Services To The Bidder: In Relation To Operation (Ongoing Activities Necessary For Operational Security, Data Security And Availability) (Against A Flat Monthly Operating Fee): • Active User Support • Bidders System Administrator Support • Hot Line Support Service • System Maintenance, Software Monitoring • Error Correction (Both In Production And Test Environments) • Legal Compliance Assurance • Change Management (Release Support) • Arming Support, Version Updates • Support For Users In The Use Of The Program In Connection With The Services Provided Within The Framework Of Support Related To Operation (For An Hourly Fee For Operation Support), In Particular: • Data Analysis, • Data Loading • Assigning Roles And Authorizations To Employees, Building And Modifying The Organizational Structure, • Creating New Roles, Modifying The Authorizations Of Existing Roles • Assigning Article Numbers To New Cost Types • New Planning Units Cost Centers And Arrangement Of Costs. • In The Event Of Changes To The Organizational Structure, The Rotation Of The History Data • The Deletion Of Wrongly Created/Incorrect Documents Or The Correction Of User Errors (Database Operations) • Training In The Use Of The System In Relation To Development Services (For An Hourly Development Fee): • Development Tasks To Be Performed During Individual Orders (For Example: Expansion And Modification Of The Software Modules Operating In The System; Integration With Other Systems Of The Client). Regarding Parameterization Services (Against A Parameterization Hourly Fee): • Resolution Of The Notification Made On The Fault Ticket Management System, If It Does Not Belong To The Operational Tasks Defined Above (Modification Of Business Logic, Creation And Modification Of Queries, Minor Parameterization Tasks). Planned Quantity Of Operational Support: 450 Hours, Planned Quantity Of Parameterization Tasks: 90 Hours, Planned Quantity Of Development Services: 400 Hours. Tenderer 321/2015. (X.30.)
