According To The Pfas Action Plan, The Danish Environmental Protection Agencys Chemicals Inspection Must Focus On The Control Of Regulated Pfass, Including Carrying Out Control Analyzes For Regulated Pfass In Both Solid And Liquid Materials. The Purpose Of The Task Is To Support The Danish Environmental Protection Agencys Control Efforts By Documenting Whether Selected Products Comply With Current Legislation Regarding Pfas Content. The Solid And Liquid Materials That Must Be Focused On Are The Following: Solid Materials, E.G. Textiles, Shoes, Carpets, Rainwear And The Like. Liquid Materials, E.G. Fire Foam, Impregnating Agents And The Like. The Chemicals Inspectorate Will Check Selected Products For Their Content Of A Number Of Perfluoroalkyl And Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (Pfass), Which Are Regulated In The Reach Regulation, The Pop Regulation, The Pfas Order On Fire-Extinguishing Foam Concentrate, Order On Pfas Impregnating Agents And The Eu Regulation On Pfas In Fire-Extinguishing Foam.
