The Tender Relates To The Purchasers Procurement Of Interior And Exterior Gardening Work, Including Winter Measures At Esbjerg Hospital. The Work Mainly Includes The Following Tasks: • Care And Maintenance Of Grass Areas. • Cleaning Of Fortified Areas And Of Green Areas Etc. • Maintenance In The Form Of Cleaning And Repair Of E.G. Wells And Gutters, As Well As Cleaning Flat Roofs. • Maintenance Of Exterior Fixtures. • External Care Of Planting Areas. • Care And Cleaning Of Indoor Plants. • Christmas Specific Tasks. • Winter Measures In The Form Of Ice And Snow Control. • Maintenance At Medical Homes. • Ad Hoc Tasks In The Form Of Smaller Tasks Such As Rearrangement Of Pavement And Relocation Of Signs. The Ordering Party Supervises And Controls The Suppliers Implementation Of The Contract. The Contract Is Offered For A 4-Year Period, With The Option To Extend The Contract Period By 2X12 Months. The Estimated Total Value Excl. Vat Stated In Point 2.1.3 Of Dkk 7,800,000.00 Is Based On A 4-Year Agreement Period And 2X12 Month Extensions, Cf. Point 5.1.4, As The Annual Value Is Estimated At Approx. Dkk 1,300,000.00. The Value Estimated In Point 5.1.5 Excl. Vat Of Dkk 5,200,000.00 Is Based On A 4-Year Agreement Period.
