Of Thessaly (El08). The Scope Of The Commissioned Project Includes: I. The Preparation By The Contractor And The Submission, To The Competent Decision-Making Body Of The Contracting Authority, For Approval, Of The Definitive Forestry Study For The Arrangement Of Streams And Mountain Catchment Basins, Which Will Concern The Works Described In Items (Ii) Below (Hereinafter The Study). During The Preparation Of The Study In The Framework Of The Execution Of The Contract And In Accordance With The Instructions Of The Competent Managing Service, The Final Sites Under Approval And Interventions May Differ In Relation To The Approved Preliminary Study Of The Project In Terms Of (A) The Number Of Them (B) Their Dimensions And Location In Any Area Of Responsibility Of The Volos Forestry Department And (C) The Type Of Interventions (Technical, Phytotechnical Or Mixed Projects). In Any Case, Any Variation May Not Entail An Increase In The Total Budget Of The Project. Ii.
