“The Emergency Kits Are Designed As Community-Level Preparedness And Early Response Kits, Managed By Ewpr Teams, And Are Not Intended To Meet Full Sphere Response Standards, But It Appropriately Supports Early Action, Coordination, And Life-Saving Response, Which Is Consistent With The Project Objective.” It Is Assumed That The Assistance Is Intended To Cover 100–300 Households, Equivalent To Approximately 500–1,500 People, With The Proposal Using Sphere Standards Based On 500 People For 1–2 Weeks As A Reference. The Emergency Kit Items Listed Below Are Reasonable And Realistic For Communal Emergency Response In Support Of Coordination, Communication, First Response And Emergency Rescue.
