The Bünde Aör Municipal Company Intends To Expand The Municipal Freiherr-Vom-Stein-Gymnasium In Bünde With A 3-Story Classroom Wing. On The Ground Floor Of The Extension Building, Parking Spaces For 206 Bicycles Will Be Created To Replace The Existing Bicycle Parking Garage. In Addition, Subordinate Rooms For Technology And Storage Are Planned Here. Accordingly, The Ground Floor Is Constructed In An Open Manner And Only Partially Insulated. On The First And Second Floors There Will Be Identical Rooms For Five Classes Each And Associated Adjoining Rooms. A Subordinate Structure With Traffic And Sanitary Areas Creates The Connection Between The Extension And The Existing Building. This Award Procedure Concerns The Extended Shell Construction Work As A Lot Of All Construction Work. The Services To Be Provided Include, Among Other Things, Construction Site Equipment, Construction Site Access, Earthworks, Drainage Work, Dewatering (Open), Subsoil Improvement, Concrete Columns, Underground Pipes, Empty Pipes Under The Floor Slab, Demolition Work, Masonry Work, Concrete Work, Concrete Work In The Existing Building, Steel Construction Work In The Existing Building, Steel Composite Beams And Steel Composite Columns, Semi-Finished Ceiling With In-Situ Concrete Addition, Prefabricated Parts, Plastering Work And Sealing.
