1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Ict Equipment And Software Under Measure 8.5 E-Health Implemented By Spzoz In Ogrodzieniec: Part No. 1 - Computer Equipment.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Complete (With All Accessories, Wires And Cables Necessary For Its Use), Ready For Use, Free From Technical And Quality Defects And Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations.4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Together With: A) Warranty Cards; B) Operating Instructions And Technical Documentation Of The Offered Equipment In Polish Or English, Where Provided; C) Documents Specifying The Rules For The Provision Of Services By An Authorized Service Center During The Warranty And Post-Warranty Period; D) Ce Certificates / Ce Declarations Of Conformity (If Applicable).5. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Documents, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent.6. If Trademarks Are Used In The Documents, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Define Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Documents. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Devices And Materials Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.7. The Use Of A Label In The Documents Provided Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Contractor, For Reasons Beyond Its Control, Cannot Obtain The Label Specified By The Ordering Party Or An Equivalent Label, The Ordering Party, Within The Deadline Set By It, Accepts Other Appropriate Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Technical Documentation, Provided That The Contractor Proves That The Construction Works, Supplies Or Services To Be Performed By It Meet The Requirements Of The Specific Label Or Specific Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party.
