1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Nursery With Equipment - A Single-Story Building With Social Facilities Adapted For A Maximum Of 20 Children And 4 Employees.A. The Following Functional Rooms Are Planned: - A Childrens Room With Access To Toilets, - A Utility Room, - A Public Toilet, - A Kitchen Facilities Room, - A Cloakroom For Children, A Technical Room, - A Social Room For Employees, - An Office Room. Communication Between The Rooms Will Take Place Via Corridors. The Detailed Functional Layout Is Presented In The Attached Architectural And Construction Design. B. The Nursery Facility Was Designed On A Rectangular Plan, Close To The Kindergarten Building And Surrounded By Low And High Greenery. The Building Has One Floor And An Unused Attic. Symmetrical Multi-Pitch Roof With A Roof Slope Angle Of 42 Degrees, Covered With Ceramic Tiles. The Following Materials Will Be Used On The Buildings Façade: Silicate Or Thin-Layer Silicone Plaster Colored In The Mass. Composite Wood Terrace. The Selected Contractor Will Agree With The Ordering Party On The Colors Of The Rooms And Arrangements For Equipment That Have Not Been Specified In The Design Documentation. C.
