The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities; The Procurement Quantities Presented In The Request For Tender Are The Procurement Units Forecasts Of The Required Quantities. The Service Provider Does Not Get The Exclusive Right To Produce The Services To The Procurement Unit. The Procurement Units Goal Is To Acquire Appropriate Services At A Competitive Price.
