Technical Building-Inspection Services – Technical Building Management For The Federal Ministry For Economic Affairs And Energy (Bmwe) In Berlin (Voek 024-24). Continuation Of Section 2.1 The Contractor Provides Modern Cafm Software For The Planning, Execution And Documentation Of Maintenance And Repair Services On Buildings And Technical Systems, Which Enables Web-Based Access By The Client (6-8 Licenses). -- Other Services: -Start-Up Contract Expiry Phase -Maintenance Management -Provision Of Necessary Personnel -- The Start-Up Phase Stage 1 Begins With The Award, No Later Than August 1St, 2026, Stage 2 On September 1St, 2026. Regular Operations Begin On October 1St, 2026. The Contractor Must Familiarize Himself With All Areas Of Responsibility/Processes In Coordination With The Client. To Take Over The Property, The Contractor Will Provide Sufficient Staff (Start-Up Team), Which Includes The Designated Property Manager And A Project Manager Experienced In Property Takeovers. Stage 1 Includes, Among Other Things, The Introduction Of Personnel With Proof Of Qualifications, The Application For Further Security Checks If Necessary, The Adaptation Of The Cafm System, And Clarification Of Procedures And Processes. In Stage 2, Among Other Things, The Contractor Takes Over The Technical Systems/Systems, Sets Up A Cafm Warehouse Management System And Prepares Risk Assessments. -- In The Contract Expiry Phase, The Property Is Returned Or Handed Over With All Systems, Technical Systems Or Assemblies As Well As Rooms/Storage Options To The Ag Or A New Service Provider. At The Clients Request, Manufacturers, Experts And/Or Specialist Companies Must Also Be Involved In The Handover. -- The Contractor Must Equip His Staff With Uniform Work Clothing With The Company Logo And Name Tag. The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Sufficient Reserve Staff And Registers Them For The Property. -- The Property Managers Attendance Is 40 Hours Per Week. From Monday To Friday, Attendance Is Required From 8:30 A.M. To 3:30 P.M. The Deputy Property Manager Must Ensure Staffing During The Contractually Agreed Working Hours From 7:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. -- The Contractual Services Of The Building Technicians Must Be Provided On Working Days Between 7:00 A.M. And 5:00 P.M. To Provide Evidence, The Contractor Must (If Possible) Set Up And Maintain A Web-Based Time Recording System. The Constant Availability Of The Property Manager And The Building Technicians On Site Must Be Ensured Within The Specified Attendance Times. -- Requirements For Personnel Can Be Found In The Suitability Criteria And Tasks In The Service Description (Appendix C-02). -- The Contractor Undertakes To Undertake Additional Services/Contract Work For Construction And Services Beyond The Contractually Agreed Scope Of Services. Submitting Or Obtaining Offers Is Regulated For Different Cost Ranges, See Service Description. For Third-Party Services, The Contractor Can Charge A Management Surcharge: 5% Greater Than/Equal To €10,000, 7.5% Greater Than/Equal To €3,000, 10% Less Than €3,000 (Net Total Amount/Charge
