The Implementation Of The Task Will Consist In The Following: - Installation Of New Layers Of Thermal Insulation On External Walls - Insulation Of The Ceiling At The Attic Level, Above The Heated First Floor - Insulation Of Foundation Walls - Insulation Of Chimneys And Execution Of Sheet Metal Flashings - Replacement Of Door And Window Joinery - Installation Of External Window Sills And Execution Of New Flashings Sheet Metal Work - Disassembly Of Window Grilles - Disassembly Of Information Boards On The Facade - Disassembly And Reassembly Of The Gas Connector - Disassembly And Reassembly Of The Cable Connector - Disassembly Of The Antenna On The Facade - Disassembly Of The Canopy Over The Entrance Door - Creation Of A New Color Scheme For The Facade - Installation Of A Heat Pump With The Necessary Equipment As The Main Heat Source - Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof - Installation Of Thermostatic Valves - Installation Of Controls For The Central Heating Installation - Installation Of A Media Consumption Monitoring System - Installation Of Shading Blinds On The Windows - Installation Of Air Conditioning - Installation Of Building Signage In Braille - Delivery Of A Stair Climber2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Determined By: Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 1.1 And 1.2), Construction Design (Annex No. 2.1), And Technical Design For The Electrical Industry (Annex No. 3) Which Are Annexes To The Swz. Note: The Date Of Works Related To Works On The Ground Floor Of The Building (Replacement Of Windows, Installation Of A Heat Pump And Thermostatic Valves) Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party, Limiting The Time Of Decommissioning The Facility From Operation As Much As Possible. If In The Documentation The Design And Construction Works Do Not Describe Solutions Regarding Improvements For Disabled People, The Recommendations Contained In The Document Accessibility Standards Constituting Annex No. 2.3, Part Vi Architectural Standard. All Construction Works At The Project Implementation Stage Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Standards And In Accordance With The Plot Development And Architectural And Construction Designs. The Works Will Be Carried Out By Contractors With All Necessary Authorizations And By Competent, Experienced Employees, Using Devices And Tools With Appropriate Certificates And Using High-Quality Materials.
