The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Historic Palace Of The Headquarters Of Kowr Ot Wrocław, Branch Section In Legnica, Located On Plot No. 34/19 At Ul. Jaworzyńska 199, Rev. 0026 Ludwikowo, Legnica Poviat. Characteristics Of The Building: The Building Is Under Conservation Protection Pursuant To The Provisions Of The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments, Entered Into The Register Of Immovable Monuments Under The Registration Number 634/995/L On The Basis Of The Decision Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Of November 14, 1991. Building Detached, Built Using Traditional Technology. The Structure Has Been Preserved In Its Original, Unchanged Form. The Building Has A Basement, Two Floors Above Ground And An Attic, Built On A Rectangular Plan. Foundations Made Of Brick And Stone, Built With Lime Mortar. Massive Walls Made Of Brick With Lime Mortar. The Ceiling Above The Basement Is Made Of Segmental Ceramic On Steel Beams. Traditional Wooden Inter-Story Ceilings With A Blind Ceiling And A Soffit Made Of Plastered Boards On Reeds. The Roof Truss Structure Is A Pin-Head Truss Structure With 4 Rows Of Beams With Swords And A Ridge Purlin. Mansard Roof, Hipped, Covered With Felt. The Steep Surfaces Of The Slope And The Cone Of The Towers Cupola Are Covered With Slate. The Designed Project Has No Impact On The Structure Of The Facility Or Changes In Loads. Wooden, Two-Flight Staircase With A Wooden Baluster Balustrade With Turned Posts And A Profiled Handrail. Wooden Windows And Doors, Richly Decorated. Plot No. 34/19, Flat, Fenced. The Designed Project Does Not Introduce Any Changes Related To The Buildings Shape And Does Not Interfere With The Existing Development Of The Plot Area, External Technical Infrastructure Or The System Of Access Roads. The Scope Of The Project Does Not Include The Demolition Of Cubic Elements. The Renovation Of The Building Involves The Reconstruction Of Rooms, Separation Of A Direct Customer Service Area, Modernization Of Windows And Doors, Insulating The Attic And Repairing The Roof Eaves, External Stairs And The Terrace. The Aim Of The Renovation Is To Improve The Standard Of Use, Adapt Sanitary Facilities To The Requirements Of Hygienic And Sanitary Regulations, And Maintain The Proper Technical Condition Of The Historic Palace. The Manner Of Use And Utility Program Of The Building Remain Unchanged. The Works Should Be Carried Out With Respect For The Historical Value Of The Building, Taking Into Account The Conservative Nature Of All Activities.
