The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is The Adjustment Of The Conditions For Carrying Out Construction Works Based On Implementation Contracts Consisting In The Sealing Of The Reinforced Concrete And Cast Iron Tunnel Lining Of The Metro Using The Double Barrier Method, Especially Against Groundwater Seepage, Under The Conditions And Within The Deadlines Set In The Binding Draft Of The Framework Agreement. The Client Points Out That Construction Work Can Only Be Carried Out During Night Shifts On Working Days From After The Power Is Turned Off, Approx. 1:15 A.M. To 3:50 A.M. Inclusive.
