in roofs, floors, beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work, including removal of devris to a distance exc 100 metre but n.exc 250 metre complete all as specified and directed. 2 Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed. 3 Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc (AZ-70) coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc ,complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 4 Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screwscomplete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed. 5 Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails andfastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channelor flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed. 6 Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed. 7 Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thicknessin floors laid, bedded and pointed in any mortarincluding disposal of demolished materialcomplete all as specified and directed. 8 Green marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and directed. 9 Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. 10 Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed. 11 Taking down existing plaster of any description on brick wall/ concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete, all as specified and directed. 12 5mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:3 on ceiling, chajja surfaces (concrete surfaces) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 13 Rendering 15mm thickin Cement and Sand mortar 1:6 over brick or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed. 14 Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. 15 Three coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed 16 One coat of oil bound distemper including priming paint, preparation of surface after complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 17 Two coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces including preparation of old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed 18 Factory made steel window box type with side hung shutters including box type hinges and oneshop coat of red oxide primer, 125mm steel handle-02 Nos mild steel ISI marked tower bolt 125mm size (minimum 2 for each shutter) complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded fixed with and including MS flat of suitable size for fixing grills and guards bars etc as in repairs, complete all as specified. 19 Factory made steel window box type with side hung shutters including box type hinges and oneshop coat of red oxide primer, 125mm steel handle-02 Nos mild steel ISI marked tower bolt 125mm size (minimum 2 for each shutter) complete without glazing bars, dovetailed or welded fixedas in repairs, complete all as specified. 20 Factory made fixed type ventilator with glazing bar including dismantling & removal from site compelte all as specified and directed. 21 Framed work such as grill guard bars etc welded to steel frame MS round/square bar conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E 165 complete all as specified and directed. 22 Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden, metel frames including punching or drilling out glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and directed. 23 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality any size and in any type of frame and glazing with oil putty (or beading)in square n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each panes complete all as specified and directed. 24 Preparation of new or previously untreatedsteel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) complete all as specified and directed. 25 Applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified & directed.
