Tender For Provision Of Certain Sanctioned Work And Minor Works At Iamoe, Vayu Vihar, Iam Iaf Under Ge (Af) Marathahalli Bangalore- 1 Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description as in, existing roof treatmentconcrete tiles ,oldroofmembrane etc,.any type complete all as specified and directed 2 M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) 40mm thickas in sub base/roof padding concrete in roof etccomplete all as specified and directed. 3 M & L forrendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth using extra cement with liquid water proofing compound slab treatment as in sunken slab plaster complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound measured and paid seperately. 4 Supply only integralliquid water proofing compound . 5 Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed. 6 M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete masonary or surfaces other than fair face of brick work with water proofing compound finished fair and even without using extra cement. micron )having VOC less thean 50 gm / litre and UV resistance as per IS- 15489-2004, Alkali & fungal resitance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinned) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm over wall surfacesover a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed. 45 M & L Preparation of new plastered surface andapplying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint ( 200 micron )having VOC less thean 50 gm / litre and UV resistance as
