Fumed thickness shall be measured. 6 Item No 03 : Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV Type 2 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed as per IS 5820:1970, concrete grade should not be less than M-20, any breaking load loing 7 Item No 04 : M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete andpilasters, buttresses columns, postsetc complete all as specified & directed. 8 Item No 05 : M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, etc complete all as specified & directed. 9 Item No 06 : Supply, erection,commissioning and testing of outdoor type LT feeder pillar box, double door,suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos aluminium bus bar rated for not less than 400 Amps mounted FRP insulatorsfor distribution system andCPRI approved and as per make given in CA , fabricated in factory having modern fabrication and testing facility which includestanks pre treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated paintingwith approved shade of RAL 7032.The feeder pillar shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to relevant IS. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheetand 3.15mm thick gland plate duly compartmentalized for each control gear and bus-bar, front door (02 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom and having welded equal angle of 75mmx75mmx6mm of length 0.9mtr, 04 nos,30cm of of angle shall be embedded in PCC 1:2:4, 20mm graded stone agregate below GL level and 30cm shall be above ground level of size as directed by Engr-in-charge at site. The feeder pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation.Necessary cable gland shall be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables. 10 CONTROL WIRING : All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FRLSH grade PVC insulated multi-stranded type copper wire of cross sectional area 2.50Sqmm and shall be properly bunched, tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size and type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type tube near the door hinges. (b) Material and labour for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, 600 mm x 600 mm cross section for 150 mm and PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, 600 mm x 600 mm cross section planting depth 1.5 mtr for concrete casing the pole upto GL complete all as directed. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density.
