Tenders are invited for Prefabricated Aluminum Outdoor Storage Cabinet for Chairs and Tables and Four Portable Outdoor Canopies Outdoor Canopies and Cabinet- Al Helaliye. The supplier shall fabricate, supply, deliver, and fully install the prefabricated aluminum outdoor storage cabinet and the four canopies at the specified site. Prefabricated Aluminum Outdoor Storage Cabinet: The supplier shall deliver and install a prefabricated aluminium outdoor storage cabinet for chairs and tables at the Mechwar El Omor Community Center in Al Helaliye, Saida, in accordance with the specifications described below. Main Specifications: heavyduty storage unit (for stacking chairs/tables) External size: W = 1800 mm, H = 1700 mm, D = 1250 mm. Frame: Aluminum extruded profiles, crosssection profiles (40×40mm), 6063T5 alloy (or equivalent), minimum thickness 1.5mm, powdercoated for outdoor use (color grey). Consider diagonal bracing in corners to further improve stability. Sheet: Aluminum sheet 1.5mm Doors: Two hinged doors, full height, robust aluminum/metal frame, outdoor rated hinges and seals, weathergasket, powdercoated grey finish, lockable. (Hinges are rated for outdoor, heavy-duty use,3 hinges per door for better support. Include door stop to prevent doors from swinging too far in wind) Internal: Open floor area (no fixed shelving) for stacking chairs/tables. Floor base reinforced for minimum static load of [specify, e.g., 300kg uniformly distributed]. include two shelf or ledge if needed, but major storage is floor. Anchoring & installation: Delivered and installed on site. Unit fixed to concrete pad (leveling feet included. All hardware stainless or corrosion resistant. Finish & durability: UVstable powder coat, corrosion protection for frame and hardware, minimum warranty 5 years Accessories: Door handles, lock, weatherseals; optional internal lighting if needed; optional ventilation (louvre) for moisture control. The suppliers relationship will directly be with OXFAM staff. Oxfam staff will be responsible to inspect and confirm the delivery of the materials. The supplier must deliver the materials within 5 days after signing the agreement. Oxfam has the right to increase or decrease quantities at the same unit cost. Any item not complying with the specs will be rejected. The supplier shall submit comprehensive data sheets. Oxfam will inform the supplier on the exact date of delivery. The contractor shall provide a comprehensive warranty for all supplied items. The contractor shall ensure that the supplied items are brand new not renewed, and that applies to all the supplied items. If the supplier wishes to propose modifications to the specification (which may provide a better way to achieve Oxfam´s objectives) these must be considered as an alternative offer. The Supplier must make alternative offers in a separate letter to accompany the offer. OXFAM is under no obligation to accept alternative offers.
