Tenders are invited for Provision of Audio-Visual Services for METI II Project. Background: The International Labour Organization (ILO) is implementing the project Mainstreaming Employment into Trade and Investment (METI), funded by the European Union. The overall objective of the project is to enable policy makers in the Southern Mediterranean to incorporate employment issues into trade and investment policies, and design and implement interventions that ultimately optimise the quantity and quality of employment created in the region with focus on Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Palestine and other countries in the region of north Africa including Algeria, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco and Libya. Objective: In order to showcase the activities and achievements of the METI project through dynamic and compelling visual content to be used on social media, the project is planning to contract an audio visual company to help in capturing the essence of fieldwork activities, information sessions, and workshops. The company will contribute to developping visual content through skillful photography, videography, and content editing. This contract aims to help METI in raising awareness, engaging target audiences, and promoting the projects outcomes and impact. Overview: We are seeking a creative company to produce Multimedia content. The company will be responsible for capturing fieldwork activities through photography and videography, editing the captured content, and curating engaging social media posts with captivating captions. The role will include various tasks, including filming information sessions and workshops, producing high-quality media content, and preparing products for social media platforms to ensure the effective dissemination. The consultancy contract will be covering a period of 6 months starting on January 2026 until June2026. Filming will take place in two different countries : Lebanon and Jordan. Considering the scope of the work, theestimated number of deliverables expect from the company is 3 including activities, events, workshops, meetings, trainings. Conditions of contract: The completion of one product entails receiving it in its final form. And therefore, includes all of the responsibilities listed below: Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos during fieldwork activities, information sessions, and workshops. Ensure proper framing, lighting, and composition to deliver visually appealing content. Use appropriate equipment and techniques to achieve professional results. Content Editing: Edit photos and videos to enhance quality and storytelling. Select and compile the most engaging and relevant content for different platforms. Employ editing software to refine the captured footage while maintaining the authenticity of the content. Ensure all videos include subtitles, in the needed language (ENG- AR/ AR- ENG) ensuring the initial message is correctly conveyed. Prepare product for social media: Create captivating captions that align with the projects voice and engage the target audience. Use hashtags and other strategies to optimize reach and engagement. Post-Production: Edit and finalize content. Implement any necessary colour correction, audio enhancements, visual effects, subtitles upon the satisfaction the ILO. Deliverables: The number of deliverables for this contract is three. Each deliverable related to 1 activity; each activity can be one of the listed above. (section III Overview, points 3). Under each activity we will need visibility products: photos, videos, reel from footage, other media products that might be needed based on the activity type.) Activities may extend beyond a single day (e.g., a workshop lasting three days). Filming attendance and scheduling will be coordinated with the company prior to the event. Each event filmed will require taking footage with voice, interviews with participants and interactions during event. These will result with different products depending on the needs of each event as follow: No less than 100 photographs, high resolutions, portraits and group photos among others. No less than 2 videos for website and social media use including interviews not only footage 1 reel from footage. Payment: Payment will be linked to the completion of each deliverable upon the satisfaction of the ILO. Qualifications: This call is open for companies and/ or non-governmental organizations with experience in photography, videography, audio visual arts and related fields in the MENA region. The contracted entity need to: Be registered in one of the countries: Lebanon or Jordan Have Physical presence of team members with all necessary equipment across Lebanon and Jordan. Proficiency in English and Arabic. Proficiency in photography and videography techniques, equipment, and software. Strong skills in content editing, utilizing software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in developing social media products for projects. Creative thinking and the ability to generate compelling ideas for content. Strong communication skills to convey brand messaging effectively. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Prior experience in fieldwork or event coverage is a plus. EU project experience is a plus. UN agencies, specifically ILO experience is a plus. Responsibility of Contractor: Ensure presence of team members with adequate equipment at events during the entire period of the event. Ensure quality of footage, lighting, sound are adequate and aligned with requirements to posting on websites and social media. Ensure all products delivered are aligned with ILO brand hub Brand Hub - Guidelines [BM1] Revise products in line with comments and guidelines received by METI team, and ILO Communication department. Assign one focal point for coordinating with METI team. Transportation, Travel expenses, Insurance cost and any other related costs are solely the responsibility of the contractor. Responsibility of METI team: Conduct meeting prior to each event to explain requirements. Share logos, and guidelines for visibility. Get clearance from Donor.
